I've been going here for years!! The staff is absolutely amazing and the food!!! I love barbecue and this is my #1 favorite BBQ place to go to i always order a chopped brisket sandwich with fries...what can I say I'm a creature of habit but knowing how good the brisket is I'm positive everything else on their menu is just as delicious!! The atmosphere is great, always clean and I always feel so comfortable there!! I've been in customer service all my life and all the employees at Earl's are absolutely amazing and I want to thank them for making my dining experience so wonderful. The prices are a bit high but I dont think it's the company itself...everything has gone up unfortunately and nobody has control over it. But I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

We ordered again from Earl’s on Memorial Rd & I remembered to take pics of our food. It is always so good for our family get togethers. They always are first rate with our orders. Tell them how many are eating & they tell us how much to order. Of course I love leftovers & order a bit more. So if you’re looking for great take out consider Earl’s.

Joseph was a delight! Very professional and courtesy. I made sure to let him know how good the ribs are here and how I’ve been disappointed lately at other returns. This guy deserves recognition and a raise! Definitely will be back!

Decent barbecue, generous portions, friendly staff. The establishment was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the experience. We got ribs and jalapeño sausage. The ribs were pretty good. Fairly mild smoke flavor and tender, but not quite a 5-star flavor profile nor fall off the bone tender. The sausage had good flavor, but was not all that appealing in texture. Prices were what you'd expect for barbecue, and they were generous with the sides. I really liked that they offered a "light" version of dishes for $2 less. You get smaller portions and still had plenty to eat - I wish more places offered this kind of option!

1st time I visited the Earl's along Memorial Rd. Just west of hwy 74 in Oklahoma City. It was around 11:30 a.m. There was a short line at the counter. Once it was my turn to order, the tall bearded gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable about the ingredients in the food they served. The staff was continually taking orders from customers at their tables. They smiled and greeted people as they entered the establishment. They made people feel welcome. As I looked around the dining area, I saw plenty of open tables when I arrived. The pictures and paintings around the walls were fascinating history, and other antique signs made the atmosphere exciting and enjoyable. The tables, as well as the floor and the counter, were clean. As was the part of the kitchen that I could see. Now, I want to be fair and objective and fair in my review. It's not the 1st Earl's Rib Place I have visited. I am sure that I will go back. In case the negative experience was just a fluke, this visit. I ordered the Earl's Beng plate. I was hungry, and I continually inquired about ingredients when I eat out because I enjoy my sugar-free lifestyle. I smoke a lot of different cuts and types of meat at home. I prefer sugar-free dry rubs, no sauces. If I get any BBQ sauce, I always request it on the side. I might lightly dip into it. I love good brisket; it's one of my favorite smoked meats. I typically trim and smoke my brisket myself. This brisket didn't taste bad. The slight hint of hickory smoke was good. But the brisket itself, in my opinion, was overcooked. It was very dry. Each time, I tried to use my fork to pick it up and put it in my mouth. It just flaked or crumbled into small pieces. It would have been easier to scoop it up with a spoon than to use the tines of a fork. Once in my mouth, I had to drink water to swallow it. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with the Beef brisket that I was served that day. On my plate were hot link slices, and the texture was like it was boiled dry—nothing hot or spicy about the portion that I was given. I don't know exactly how it was cooked. The texture tells you that it was overcooked. A little shriveled and air pockets like it once was fat rendered out completely. Third meat item I had was Ribs. They were the best of all the meat on my plate. Unfortunately there were only 2 Ribs. My 2 sides were fried Okra and deviled eggs. Before I moved the Okra to reveal the meat on the plate. There was so much Okra the meat was hiden. For me I felt like I was missing the main ingredients I was there to enjoy. Portions of meat as you will see in one of my pictures. Is disappointing to just look at. The deviled eggs were good. They have just a little bit of pickle relish in the yoke mixture. But they didn't taste sweet. I enjoyed the deviled eggs. To be fair to this establishment, I will visit again and I will order the same plate and compare it. $20 is the price of this dish. Sides could definitely be smaller and the main items Smoked meats should be larger. You can order fried Okra anywhere and get a good portion for less.
